Adaptation into apartments for rent

n an interwar villa in old Dębniki, apart from flats, there was an unused flat and an attic, both without installation connections and sufficient amounts of daylight. At the request of the owner, it was possible to design two fully-fledged apartments in these spaces for long-term rental to a high standard. Both have attractive day zones with kitchens, dining rooms and seating sets. The bathrooms, although small, are elegant and functional. In the apartment in the attic, an atmospheric bedroom has been arranged, in which the original shape of the room was exposed, while in the latter, as many as two were not cut out. By today’s standards, these are quite large apartments (56 sq m each), both with a beautiful view of greenery and in one of the most attractive districts of Krakow.
