Concert hall in Plock

We present our work for the competition on the concert hall. This is our first such work with such a theme, difficult and demanding especially in the tissue in which we came to design. A place laden with many restrictions and historical background.

Our assumptions were based precisely on respect for the history of the place, hence the square and the commercial space in the form of a horseshoe ( a historic building in the market) as well as preserving the composition of urban greenery of the creation of space for people – a square, city squares, spaces for play and meetings. The building of the hall itself in a simple layout very functional housing the main hall, a chamber hall, lobby along with opening to the square in our opinion nicely blended into the existing place.
