A house project near Krakow. Surrounded by one of Krakow’s charming valleys, this project was to be built. The large house was divided into three smaller blocks, creating internal spaces for yards, gardens, a swimming pool and a tennis court. Thus, the block appears much smaller and better integrated into its surroundings. The structure was based on a grid of steel columns and beams, the infill is walls in tech. Skeleton walls finished with burnt wood facade boards.
The area of the house is about 650 sqm. + basements
